3d Spikes
01. First off, open a black 300 x 300 document.02. Go to Filter > Render > Lens Flare and make your settings like mine:
03. Now go to Filter > Stylize > Extrude and make your settings like mine:
Your image will now look like this: 
I decided to go a bit further and give it some color =)
