Cool Explosion Effect

This is a really cool effect you can use on your graphics. It's so easy, and you can easily turn it into a brush!

001. First, start out with a new image. It doesn't matter what size or width. Make sure the background image is white. Make a new layer.
002. Press 'D' on your keyboard to turn the foreground color black and the background color white if it wasn't already.
003. Go to Filter >> Render >> Clouds.

004. Go to Filter >> Pixelate >> Mezzotint and make sure the type is on short strokes.

005. Go to Filter >> Blur >> Radial Blur. Make the settings as following:

Amount: 100
Blur Method: Zoom
Quality: Best
