Soft Glow Effect
Ever wondered how to add that nice glow effect to your photos? Here's how! 001. First, open the image you want to use.002. Right click on the layer and duplicate it.
002. Go to Filter >> Blur >> Gaussian Blur. Put the radius on 10.0 pixels and select OK.
003. Put the layer mode to Screen and set the opacity to 40 or 50.
003. Now duplicate the blurred layer. Change the blending mode to Overlay and the opacity to whatever you want. You're all set! Here's mine:
