001. Duplicate the base layer and set it to Screen at 100%.
002. Go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur and set it to 1.0 pixels. Select OK.
003. Make a new layer and fill it with #39c08f and set it to Soft Light at 100%.
004. Make a new layer and fill it with #00f6ff and set it to Overlay at 20%.
005. Make a new layer and fill it with #bfebff and set it to Color Burn at 100%. 006. Duplicate the base layer and drag it to the top. Set it to Soft Light at 100%.

and thats it!
