Painted Picture

I'll be using this picture I got from sweetandtalented.com.

Now right click on the layer and duplicate it.

001. On the duplicated layer, go to Filter >> Blur >> Gaussian Blur and put it at 3px.

Now put the blending style to Darken.

And that's it!
