soften images
I'll be using this picture for this tutorial.
001. First, duplicate the base layer.
002. Now go to
Image >> Adjustments >> Threshold and make the Threshold Level 128. Select OK.
003. Now go to
Filter >> Blur >> Gaussian Blur and set it to 5.00.
004. Set the blending to
Soft Light and that's it!
